Marketing a Mask


A short video by an American Mum will prove to be the best piece of marketing for this Star Wars toy. You can forget press ads, radio commercials or TV spots.  This simple (and very funny) video will be shared and watched more than anything created by an ad agency.


The video not only demonstrated how the mask works it clearly shows how much joy owning one of these masks can bring.  Influencer marketing is something we’ve been banging on about for a while now, particularly when it comes to mums.  Admittedly not all Mums can reach as many people (over a million and counting) as Candace Payne, but the simple fact remains the message is more trusted because it’s real and authentic.
